Big Ideas: Who or what is in control?

Reading: Today we will read for 10 minutes. Your next book review will be on May 17th.

Agenda:

1. Start this week's vocabulary. It is not a difficult list.
2. Play a Kahoot to review the myth of Pyramus and Thisbe.
3. I will break you into acting groups.
1. Highlight all of your parts in the script.
2. Sit with your acting group. Have everyone read to the end of a line. Try to figure out what is going on.
3. Read your scene again. This time have each person read his or her part. What do you notice the second time that you didn't understand at first?
4. Now, look up the words you don't know for your part. Also, figure out what words you don't know how to say.

Homework:

1. Make sure you start your vocabulary for this week.
